MODEX Recap: Lotwork Showed the Power of Human Centric Flow and Wireless Pick to Light
April 24, 2026
2P1S Was the Star of the Show
Visitors were immediately drawn to our 2P1S workflow. Pick, Place, Scan unified into one seamless motion. When attendees tried it for themselves using the Hyco Ring Scanner and Hyco Wearable Computer, the reaction was the same every time.
“This feels natural.” “I don’t have to think about it.” “This would cut training time in half.”
That is exactly the point. Our mission is to make technology disappear into the workflow so workers can stay focused, efficient, and safe.
Wireless Light Tags Turned Heads, Especially for Pick to Light
One of the biggest draws at our booth was our Wireless Light Tags. These ultra low power, infrastructure free tags opened a lot of eyes to what Pick to Light can look like when it is flexible, easy to deploy, battery efficient, and not tied to fixed shelving or expensive installations.
Attendees loved seeing how our Light Tags can be used to create dynamic Pick to Light workflows, including:
Guiding workers to the correct location with a simple light cue Supporting batch picking without confusion Enabling mobile or temporary pick zones Reducing search time and cognitive load Integrating seamlessly with Hyco wearables for a complete guided workflow
The idea that Pick to Light does not have to be a massive infrastructure project really resonated. Teams told us they had been looking for a solution exactly like this. Something scalable, affordable, and worker friendly.
Why Our Approach Stood Out
MODEX was full of automation and robotics, but our booth stood out because we focused on people. Attendees consistently told us they are looking for solutions that reduce unnecessary movement, minimize mental load, improve accuracy without slowing workers down, and deliver guidance without overwhelming the worker.
That is exactly what our ecosystem delivers. Wearables, wireless guidance, and natural motion working together.
A Week of Momentum and Meaningful Connections
We left MODEX with new partnerships, new pilot opportunities, new customer conversations, and a ton of validation that the industry is ready for human centric IoT. The energy around our booth confirmed that Lotwork is solving real problems in a way that feels intuitive and accessible.
Thank You for Making MODEX a Breakthrough Moment for Us
To everyone who visited, tried our demos, or shared your operational challenges, thank you. Your feedback fuels our innovation and strengthens our commitment to building technology that works with people, not against them.
If we didn’t get a chance to connect at the show, we would still love to talk. MODEX may be over, but the momentum we built there is just beginning.
